Individual Therapy
We’ll apply the concepts of openness and flexible control to the particulars of your life and goals. Serving adults and adolescents over the age of 16.
$125 per 1 hour session.
Teletherapy and in-person appointments available
Skills Class
All participants receive a 30-week manual with information and skills specific to over control. Topics include: mental flexibility, relaxing the nervous system, approaching feared situations, using body language to join others, identifying personal blind spots, and expressing emotions and needs to others.
$50 per 90 minute class.
Class is held virtually and takes place Wednesdays at 6:00 pm.
